    The HEAT service is delivered by The Wise Group, a social enterprise helping people out of poverty and strengthening communities across the UK. Our programs focus on providing practical Heat Saving Support to households in need.

    We believe no one should have to choose between heating and eating—especially in today’s cost-of-living crisis. That’s why we’re helping vulnerable households access free energy-saving upgrades, expert advice, and referrals to trusted partners for lasting support.

    We support households facing energy hardship, including those in fuel debt, struggling with bills, or living in cold or inefficient homes. We’ll carry out a quick assessment to check eligibility for funded support and energy upgrades.

    How quickly will my customers be contacted?
    Our team reaches out within 48 hours of receiving a referral (usually sooner). Urgent cases can be prioritised.

    What support and upgrades can they receive?
    Your customers can access personalised energy-saving, help with supplier issues and debt management, eligibility checks for fully funded home upgrades (e.g. insulation, heating improvements). 

    How do I track the progress and outcomes of my referrals?
    We’ll keep you informed with regular updates, including completion status and outcomes - helpful for reporting and demonstrating impact to funders, partners or boards.

    How secure is customer data and consent management?
